Below is a frame taken from the patrol car video recordings of the pursuit. I want to know who is hanging out a traffic light at 5:30am. Newspaper salesman was on the median under the overpass. The figure appears to be picking something up or pulling on something. I’ve questioned for some time now if stop spikes were used and this is being kept secret because stop spikes do open a question of liability under Texas law. Whoever it is, isn’t listed as a witness on any of the reports I received which increases the possibility this is an officer. If so, what was he doing standing around at that intersection, unless he was placed there for a reason?

I didn’t know. I do talk to Mondo from time to time but never about rick, I don’t think. Anyways, I am truely sorry to hear about his death, and the circumstances surrounding it. I know those W.F. cops can be some crooked m.F. so….Anyways, glad to hear that and Hannah have what you have. I think you will understand that comment?
