just didn’t expect to see – different…. through his eyes -wide open and terror frozen last breath
"As a Law Enforcement Officer, my fundamental duty is to serve mankind; to safeguard lives and property….develop self-restraint; and be constantly mindful of the welfare or others…"
and I wonder when they lost sight of their promise.
"Honest in thought and deed in both my personal and official life, I will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of my department…"
because they did promise ya know.
"I will enforce the law courteously and appropriately without fear or favor, malice or ill will, never employing unnecessary force or violence"
they promised without fear force violence- but it’s there- head busted open and eyes frozen wide
"will constantly strive to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating myself before God…"
they promised God and then they laughed.
I will be so glad for you when you can stop hearing the echoes of that terrible laughter.
Cat, I still read your posts but there are lots of times when I have absolutely no words to express my self. No words to tell you how sorry I am that you have to deal with any of this.
Just because you don’t see my name doesn’t mean I’m not here. I am. I’m still here and thinking of you.
