About Me

Posted on Sunday 27 February 2005

I debated with myself over writing this page. This site isn’t about me so doesn’t seem appropriate. But I don’t always do what’s appropriate so here is a little bit about me and Rick and us. I miss him. And I love and loved him so deeply, so damn much it still takes my breath away. And I fight for him because I can’t fathom not fighting for him. So many people have said they don’t know how I’ve been so strong. I’m not really. I’ve just set part of me aside for now. Sometimes you have to make a choice, either think of yourself or step up- do what needs doing, and take care of yourself when the doing is over. A few days each month are dedicated to setting the record straight. a few days….so insignificant in comparison to what Rick lost. I’ve done it again, not much here about me… oh well- like I said, this isn’t about me. I love you Rick- and I miss you – Always, Catonya

The Way She Loves written and recorded by JP Cantrell, 2005.

"The Way She Loves" was written about the desire to be loved & honored the way that a friend who lost her husband in a senseless and completely unjust accident honors him. She even champions the cause of injustice by the government in his honor.
Her love for this man is immeasurable and her pain is conveyed so realistic on her blog that it brings tears to the eyes of the reader.

She truly was the inspiration of this song…
Much Thanks & Love To You…My Muse.
I know…
Love will find it’s way home to you.

In the last analysis, Cat, continuing to do what you’ve been doing will work well for you. I have no advice, no balm, and I can neither hurry your recovery along or exorcise the fear out if you.

Therefore, quiet company when you want it, and utter solitude when you need it, seem good enough for now.
    Peace.
    For Real.
It will come, unstoppable, final, freeing.
    Mark my words…
    ‘Nuff said.

    Yours,
    J xoxo :>

I must respectfully disagree with you. This site is very much about you: your love, your dedication, your loss, your despair, your grief, your fight to change the system, your strength, your tears, your frustration, your triumphs. I am amazed at the honsety with which you are able to share your life with us. I want to thank you and I hope that it has helped you.
